I offer a wide range of services and treatment approaches, allowing us to tailor your care to your individual needs, goals, and preferences. Treatment is thoughtfully selected and adapted to what will best support you, while always honoring what feels comfortable and right for you.

Services & Treatments

Chinese & Japanese Acupuncture

Acupuncture is at the heart of our practice. Stephanie is trained in both Chinese and Japanese styles of acupuncture, allowing treatments to be adapted to each individual’s needs, constitution, sensitivity, and response to care.

Your treatment may be gentle and subtle or incorporate stronger stimulation when appropriate. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all protocol, each session is thoughtfully designed around you and how you are presenting that day.

Complementary East Asian Therapies

Acupuncture treatments may be enhanced with additional therapies drawn from East Asian medicine. Depending on your needs, your treatment may include:

  • Cupping

  • Gua Sha

  • Moxibustion

  • Electroacupuncture

  • Tui Na

  • Sotai

  • Auriculotherapy and ear seeds

These techniques are incorporated thoughtfully when appropriate and may be used to support pain relief, circulation, relaxation, mobility, and overall balance.

Gentle & Non-Needle Therapies

Not every treatment needs to rely solely on needles. For children, needle-sensitive patients, or those who may benefit from a gentler approach, a variety of non-needle and low-stimulation techniques may be incorporated into care.

These may include:

  • Laser acupuncture

  • Acupressure

  • Auriculotherapy

  • Ear seeds

  • Magnet therapy

  • Other gentle, non-insertive techniques

Your comfort is always an important part of treatment, and care can be adapted to meet you where you are.

Mind-Body-Spirit & Energetic Therapies

For patients interested in exploring a broader approach to healing, Stephanie’s background also includes years of study and experience in traditional, energetic, and spiritual healing practices.

Depending on your interests and preferences, care may draw from:

  • Medical Qigong

  • Shamanic Reiki

  • Tong Ren Therapy

  • Stone and crystal medicine

  • Aromatherapy

  • Ceremony and ritual-based healing

These approaches are always optional and are incorporated thoughtfully based on your individual goals, beliefs, interests, and comfort level. There is no expectation that patients follow any particular philosophy or belief system.

Cosmetic Acupuncture & Facial Rejuvenation

Cosmetic acupuncture offers a natural, whole-person approach to supporting the health and appearance of the skin. Treatment uses fine acupuncture needles and may incorporate complementary techniques to support circulation, muscle tone, and overall skin vitality.

Rather than focusing only on the surface, facial rejuvenation treatments are approached through the lens of East Asian medicine, taking into consideration the health and balance of the whole person.
